Please aim to arrive in good time to warm up and get ready. Attendance at the Workshop gives you free entry to a Tea Dance if one is held afterwards.
Workshop Content
This workshop delves deeper into beginner moves and techniques to give dancers a thorough understanding of the essential components of Modern Jive.
We'll be addressing:
- posture and styling
- timing and connection
- movement and balance
- spins and turns
We'll cover skills for both leads and follows with plenty of practice and feedback from the teachers.
The workshop will be taught by Matt and Zoe H. Matt has taught nearly 2,000 classes and is one of the most experienced teachers in Australasia, meanwhile Zoe is our newest teacher but has many years experience assisting beginners.
