Your username is not necessarily the same as your email address. If you have forgotten your username then we can send it to you:

Email address:
Date of birth:
Did you fill in a new dancer form at a class night?
If so, your username is the email address you gave us
If you didn't give an email address then please contact us
Did you create an account online?
e.g. for Chch Champs, MJPI, Refresh, Winter Weekender
If so, your username is the one you entered when you signed up
